Dubai Police : Perception Audit

Description: The Corporate Office was appointed to carry out a reputation audit for Dubai Police’s external communications including their website, social media and press media. The Reputation Analysis for Dubai Police was conducted to determine the impact it’s external communication has on all its stakeholders. Various forms of communication were considered including the website, social media, mobile application and news sources.

Solution

The Corporate Office created surveys for Media and Resident; then distributed the survey to 50 participants. The information was then collected and analysed to gather insights on how their brand is perceived.

We then conducted a Reputation Analysis for the brand in terms of best practices online, digital platforms, social media and press. We then created a global benchmarking in order for us to be able to recommend the best solutions for Dubai Police.

The Corporate Office then developed key learnings to help improve overall presence including but not limited to online; social media and digital.
